Not only the product,all power supply will have aging test ,two step tests will be taken to prevent incipient problem.

Power supply has Automatic protection function

The power supply is set With Strong current・ High voltage・ short circuit protection circuit, so there is no worry about the safety even if the exception occurs.

Heat dissipation countermeasure,life span is hugely extended

A ,Heat released is little for its low current drive design.

B ,The power supply is separated from the substrate by two ends power design,enhanced heat dissipation countermeasure,life span of power supply and LED is up.

C, The tube got uniformity heat due to unique designed substrate and body structure ,the problem of uneven heat dissipation got fixed.

Using single end power supply

Using single end power supply which is no need to add superfluous wiring ,so the work can get easier and the safety can be up.

Using Nonflammable PC body

Our LED tube use 360°plastic,glass-made traditional tubes can easily fall down and break when in an earthquake situation,There has a risk of injury,so using our plastic-made tube ,there is no worry about the safety of falling lamp in earthquake situation. The safety is up for its monflammable feature.There is no worry about deterioration of light tube caused by sunlight for its UV countermeasure.

Super light weight design

Body weight of 40W AkariMine LED tube is 220g, because it doesn’t need an external power supply,so the real weight is just the body weight,some company’s products need external power supply,once the lamp’s amount is up,it will take the burden to the ceiling.

And there always have risks of power supply’s damages by mouse and Pest when the power supply put in high bay,Fortunately,Our LED tube doesn’t need external power supply.

Safety seal free service

We will provide free safety seal to contractors and vendors as our special service.

After setting LED light, we hope you to label safety seal to avoid accident and not to set traditional lamp tube.  

The content of the seal should include Type of LED light lamp / date / wiring method.For your safety, please label it.

Instead of the usual reflecting plate,our reflective plate is made in Japan. We can provide you a more safety and secure product.

No mercury

Our led tube doesn’t have mercury.

In conventional lamp tube, mercury is the essential material. There have a minimum amount of mercury to ensure light luminescence.Without mercury,the tube can't light up.

Japan accounted for 37% in the proportion of the use of mercury,so the mercury reduction and preservation of the earth is urgently required. In 2013, the production and the import and export of products which containing mercury and mercury emissions from coal-fired power plants is prohibited after 2020 ,according to Treaty of Minamata.

Obtain PSE authentication( specified electrical appliances)

Our built-in power supply has PSE mark and it is good in performance.

Tube type LED built-in lighting power supply is not available to get the PSE mark in 2005 .

About the irradiation angle

In order to reduce the glare of light ,JEL 801, lamp light, in the range of the lamp under the solid ,which’s angle is 120 degrees,the focused beam will not exceeds 70%.

In consideration of the maintenance of the brightness of the illuminator and the reflecting plate, and the vertical illumination light is within the range of the angle of 120 degrees won’t exceed 70% in the centre which is horizontally and vertically downward to the lighting lamp. It is necessary to keep 30% light beam out of angle of 120 degrees . The AkariMine’s products satisfied this provision.

School: 200 to 500 LX is a common need in the department of clothing, computer room, training room, reading room, gymnasium, auditorium .

Commercial facilities / goods shop store ,100 to 500 LX is a common requirement in the business leaders, room, drawing room, rest room, bathroom, toilet, stairs, atrium mall.
